Terms of Sale
Your Busy Kids Children’s Boutique order constitutes a purchase and is therefore subject to the following terms and conditions:
• All orders are subject to availability of stock.
• All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST. All credit cards are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).
• In the event there is an incorrect product listing or price Busy Kids Children’s Boutique will advise you so the order can be cancelled or amended.
Exchange, Refunds and Returns
We understand that sometimes you may purchase an item that’s not quite right. Don’t worry because we are happy for you to exchange it for something else in our store or to refund your money. This applies only to full priced items and the exchange or refund must be arranged within 14 days of the original purchase. In regards to sale items there are NO refunds but we are happy to assist you with an exchange within 14 days of the original purchase date.
We require the original invoice received with your parcel and would appreciate it if you let us know why you are seeking an exchange or refund.
Refund
In the case of a refund we will issue a credit using the original payment method you used or if you choose we will hold a credit against your membership for future purchases.

Cost of returning goods for exchange is your responsibility. Once received, we will promptly arrange your exchange free of charge.
Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed with tags and packaging intact and accompanied by proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item isn’t returned in original condition.
Gifts may also be exchanged provided the above conditions have been followed.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that your purchase is faulty or damaged please contact us immediately on +61 467 083 831 or via email at busykids@live.com.au we will arrange delivery of a suitable alternative an exchange or refund.
Misplaced Parcels
All parcels sent by Busy Kids Children’s Boutique have a unique tracking number. If for some reason your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us and we will track it for you.
